Family with children and great service

We had an early Darshan and requested breakfast to be served at 6:15am! They pulled it off with a nice buffet spread, which was a terrific gesture from the staff. The food at the Lotus Cafe for dinner was also excellent, honestly it was a real treat for the family.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The deluxe room had a beautiful view of the city which was refreshing. The cleanliness was commendable, with well-maintained linens and amenities. Additionally, the location offered convenient access to nearby landmarks.

The service from the staff left much to be desired, especially with rudeness encountered during check-in.

the staff here were really helpful, and the restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience while the location made it easy to stroll through prakasam park and visit the tirupati view point within a short walk from the hotel, allowing me to soak in the local vibe effortlessly.

An oasis of comfort and calm

Every morning, I was greeted with a lavish buffet that set the perfect tone for the day. The spa was a hidden gem, providing much-needed relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which made planning my daily adventures a bit challenging. I also noticed the pool area needed a little upkeep.

The spacious premium room showcased elegant decor, and the attentive service from staff like Manasa made dining a real pleasure, particularly with the delicious food offered. While the pool and spa facilities added to the relaxation, the dim lighting in the room could be improved for a more inviting atmosphere. Nonetheless, the overall experience made it worthwhile.

Awesome stay with great food!

Really loved our time here! The rooms were super clean and comfy. Breakfast buffet was the best. Mr Reddy took great care of us, so polite! The only hiccup was the slow service at times. Overall, a chill place to stay with an amazing dining area.

I recently stayed at the Beautiful Room 1 Dbl Bed for two nights and found the hotel to be a beautiful hotel. The spacious room provided a great view, though the breakfast options could be improved, as my expectations for South Indian cuisine were not met. A lovely experience.

Waking up to the sound of a beautiful waterfall from my room was pure magic. The spacious Beautiful Room was elegantly decorated The dining options were very nice, with a variety of delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices that exceeded my expectations!

Great location and ambiance!

I had a lovely stay with a peaceful ambiance surrounded by hills. The room was spacious and very clean, making it a comfortable retreat. I enjoyed the pool area and the convenience of 24/7 room service. However, I did find the food to be a bit pricey compared to other options.

Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Options

Enjoyed a delightful two-night stay. The Deluxe Room offered a spacious and clean environment. Breakfast at the Lotus restaurant was a highlight, with an excellent spread. For lunch, the Krishna restaurant's pure vegetarian menu impressed us. Pro tip, try their local dishes for an authentic experience!
